WHEN Los Angeles Indie Rock band TeamMate asked me to design the cover for their newest EP, I jumped at the opportunity. I aimed to capture both the thunder of percussionist Dani Buncher's immaculate drumming and the shimmering harmonic textures and melodic depth contributed by keyboard virtuoso Scott Simons.
The dramatic starburst, central to the design, creates a kinetic explosion of West Coast pastels that visually echos the band's unique brand of sophisticated sun-soaked pop.

BOX LUNCH BEATS is a fun, weird musical side-project of mine. Intended for royalty-free use in anyone's own projects, these jingles and ditties live in a surreal cartoon and video game fantasy world. The covers were illustrated and designed to reflect the oddity of the sounds found within.
The first release, The Cheapy EP, is available on bandcamp.com. Amusement. will be released in 2025.

HAILING from Morgantown, WV, indie power popsters the Argument juxtapose their sunshine and harmony-soaked sound with the biting irony and sarcasm of the iconic alt-rock hits of the '90s.
The flaming van is taken from a fiery real-life experience the band had while fueling their van on tour.

JON WARCHOLAK is an immensely talented bassist who is just as comfortable shredding with a screaming heavy metal band as he is jamming with a smoking jazz trio.
Dusk Rustler showcases Jon's mastery of the metal genre. When he came to me for a new logo, he wanted a gritty comic-style illustration that complimented the sublime grunge of the band's thunderous music.

I gave the cover a worn, distressed look to simulate a well-loved heavy metal LP from the 1980s.
